My husband's next appointment for a cholesterol check is at the end of May. Could anything be done in 30 days to reduce it?
My own goal is to finally resolve my knee pain. Both goals seem doable.
Yesterday my diet consisted of a few prunes and half banana for breakfast, green beans sauteed with roast chicken and tofu for lunch, and rice pilaf prepared with roast chicken and vegetables for dinner, with a side of roasted vegetables. My one "sin" was a dessert of 3 candies.
I feel light this morning. Vegetables are not new for me, but keeping volumes more constrained is.
